Payment Q&A

What payment methods do you accept? Paypal.com currently process all of our transactions. Credit card, debit card payments can be made with Paypal even if you do not have an account with Paypal.

What about my other purchased from other sites & platforms? If you have purchased gold, silver, related products &/or services from any of the our other company websites, our other global platforms, those transactions will be handled directly from the originating site. In other words, we do not mix and match orders & payments with any of our other selling venue’s orders and payments.

Shipping Q & A

What is the shipping cost? Once you begin the checkout process, the available shipping options and rates will be displayed. Occasionally there will be promotions, offers, discounts related to shipping, if there are you will see applicable details on each individual item page or the site, when/if available.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the address on my PayPal account? For your protection and ours, we only ship to the address associated with your PayPal account and requests to ship to a different address will not be honored. All packages are sent to the address that is taken from your user account. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure your address is proper and in correct format. We only ship packages to the registered address linked to your PayPal account. We will not ship orders to drop locations or non USPS boxes.

Will you ship internationally? We have some flexibility depending on the size of your order, please contact us with order sizes, payment would most likely be via bank wire.

When will I receive my order? Please see the description listing for the estimated time frame for shipment. The product is either available for immediate delivery or is a ‘pre-sale’ offer. ‘Pre-sale’ means that the orders are locked in now and then after the product is manufactured they are delivered. This process can be as long as a month. ‘Immediate delivery’, means that the product is ready to be shipped out right away. If the description does not say ‘Pre-Sale’ then it is a product available for immediate delivery. Once shipped customers typically receive their packages within 5-10 business days depending on their shipping address location. We process orders as quickly as possible, often same day, but a typical worst-case scenario would be next business day processing. From there, the transit time depends on the carrier. Customers receive tracking numbers as soon as their orders are in queue, so they can track their order from the time it leaves our facility until it arrives to their doorstep.

How can I see when my order has been shipped out? When a tracking number is available it will be automatically attached to your order, and sent to you via email.

How do you ship orders? Most orders are sent out via USPS, however the shipping carriers are selected based on order size and contents.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit? If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, contact us and we will begin the insurance claim process. If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with our insurance claim policies; provided, however, you agree to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost merchandise in any manner we may reasonably request, which may include the signing of an Affidavit stating the circumstances surrounding the damaged/lost merchandise. All orders we ship are insured. We must wait a period of 2 weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim. If the package is lost in the mail we will send you an affidavit, file a claim and get you a refund or replacement as long as the item is not marked as delivered, and there has been no tracking activity for two weeks.

Do you ship internationally? For the most part no. However we may have some flexibility, so please feel free to contact us before purchasing, as depending on your country we may be able to assist you. At present we ship to USA addresses, PO Box Addresses, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, we are able to ship most of our items to valid P.O. Boxes.

Order Fulfillment F.A.Q

Can I modify my order? Once an order has been placed, and the checkout process complete we cannot modify orders. This means we are unable to add, subtract or exchange any items ordered.

Can I cancel my order? No. Once an order has been placed the order is locked in.

Can you combine separate orders? Multiple items must go through the checkout process at the same time to be combined. Unfortunately we cannot combine separate orders into one package for any customer discount. To order multiple items in one package, please add each listing to your cart before checking out so all of your desired items are on one order.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the picture? The exact item pictured may only be a representative image if our initial quantity was greater than one, therefore the serial number on the coin, certificate authenticity, or other individual identifying numbers, you receive may differ from the one shown in the picture. Please check the individual listing description. If the item is one-of-a-kind or if we only have the one to offer, this will be clearly written in the description. In most cases, the item pictured is only a representative image.

Do you accept counter-offers for your items? We do not normally accept counter-offers for any of our items. However, if a counter-offer would be accepted for an item we listed in eBay, the item would have written ‘or best offer’ next to the price.

If the price changes, can I get a price adjustment? No we will not change the price once an order has been placed. In the precious metals market the prices are constantly moving and we cannot be held responsible if the price will go up or down and thus we cannot make any adjustments to the price.

How is the value of your product determined? The main value of the product that we sell is the metal content of each product. Above that there is the value of the design, manufacturing, distribution, & the cost to sell.

REGARDING RETURNS

Do you have a return policy? We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Unless the customer is accessing our ‘Buy-Back Guarantee’. Even so, please contact us for a quote to sell product to our global customer network.

Can I cancel my bid or order, If i had made a mistake? If you placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately via our on site-chat program or our contact page, state that you wish to cancel your order, providing that you have no paid for it. If your order has already been processed and sent to our shipping department, we cannot cancel the order. Please note repeat cancellations will be just cause for us to block you from buying from us in the future, across all our sites, our global partners & platforms.

What about Mistakes? We strive for perfection, but as humans, we understand that at sometime there may be mistakes made. We promise to take full responsibility for ours. Please contact us about any issue and we will work with you to resolve it. Please note that an unwarranted negative review or feedback may cause for us to block you from transacting with us, our global partners, across all our platforms, both now & in the future.
